WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER

HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED

Post placing your order

  • Awaiting Processing: The order is waiting to be received
  • Processing: This order is imported into our system
  • Awaiting Shipment: The order has been processed and is awaiting shipment
  • Pending: Implys there is a delay in your order being processed by our system.
  • Shipped: This order has been shipped.
  • Awaiting Approval: The order is pending approval from an authorized approver within your organization.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER

Allow 24 hours after shipping to track the order actively. Tracking will be provided once the product has shipped. Feel free to contact us for additional questions or concerns.

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED/WERE ITEMS MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT?

It is possible all items on the order will not ship together. Shipping notifications with tracking information are sent within 24 hours of shipment. If, after confirming all items have shipped and you still have not received your items or if items are missing, please contact us for assistance.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us.

HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

Please contact us for assistance prior to the order being shipped. Have the order ID available. Once the order has shipped, the order cannot be changed or updated.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of shipment. Costs are based on the size, weight, packaging measurement, and shipment location. Shipping costs will be added at the time of invoicing.
